About Me

I was born in Thessaloniki, Greece, and spent my early years at the American Farm School, surrounded by nature, animals, and community. When my family moved to Tucson, Arizona, I attended arts magnet schools where I explored pottery, horseback riding, dance, photography, theater, and music, early experiences that shaped my lifelong love for creativity and self-expression.

At fifteen, we relocated to San Diego, where I fell in love with cinema. I spent countless hours checking out films from the library—both classic and contemporary, and in 2007, I bought my first Panasonic Mini DV camcorder. My short film, The Triptych Cycle, went on to screen at festivals and earned a feature on IMDb. That experience set me on a path in filmmaking, leading to honors in non-linear editing and a role cutting for national broadcast news. I later earned my Bachelor of Science in Digital Cinematography while creating content for a lifestyle brand and photographing for the San Diego Zoo.

Over the past three years, I’ve produced, directed, and edited a range of projects—from documentaries and narrative films to branded and commercial content—refining my craft both creatively and strategically. I’ve become fluent with professional tools like the Sony FX6 and developed an intuitive sense for storytelling that blends emotional resonance with aesthetic precision.

In 2021, I began a powerful chapter of rebirth, embracing sobriety, deepening my practice of Kundalini Yoga (now over three years), and becoming a certified Reiki practitioner. I’ve also been studying tarot for more than four years, using it as a tool for reflection, healing, and intuition. These practices have not only transformed my life but also infused my creative work with greater depth, awareness, and authenticity.

I recently earned my Master of Science in Entertainment Business, and today, I see my creative and spiritual paths as one. Through film, storytelling, and energy work, I aim to bridge the seen and unseen, to help others feel, remember, and reconnect with the deeper pulse of life.

In my free time, I hike, write poetry, volunteer at film festivals, and engage with the conscious community. I believe creativity is both a form of service and a sacred practice, and I’m continually inspired by the ways it can heal, connect, and transform.
